Rokuchoshi-syuzou
Founded in 1923 in Nishiki town, Rokuchoshi-syuzou is a distillery that specializes in long-aged, atmospherically distilled shochu. All of their shochu are made over a long period of time and known for the powerful flavor with the sweetness and rich aroma of rice. In recent years, the distillery has won prizes at distilled spirits competitions in Europe and the United States, helping to spread the name of Kuma shochu throughout the world.
